Accessibility.

Our approach

We work toward clear structure and headings, keyboard access, visible focus, sufficient contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, captions or transcripts for instructional media, responsive layouts, plain-language instructions, and controls that do not rely on colour alone. New and materially revised web content is designed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the target.

Known limits

Some older course materials, third-party platforms, downloadable files, complex simulations and experimental browser features may not yet meet that target in every respect. Third-party services remain subject to their own accessibility support. We prioritise barriers that prevent a person from accessing a core service or completing a purchase.

Ask for another format or report a barrier

Email [email protected] with the page or product, the problem, your preferred format or assistive technology, and a way to contact you. We will acknowledge the request within five business days and either provide a practical alternative or explain the work and timing needed.
